This is a very sturdy receptacle box and we are using it to plug in our new generator that we just purchased after the last long power outage. Once we decided on the height and where to place the receptacle box the process was easy to install. Everything was plain and easy to understand for installing. We are DIY's and having that as a guide sure did help. The only thing we would suggest for future manufacturing of the box is to have the access ports on the sides to be more punched out for easy access. We didn't use the side access ports but did notice if someone needed to utilize one of those it would require the port to be drilled and cut out for easy access and then making sure the outlet was smooth so it didn't dig in to the wire that you are running through it. We were very happy with this for sure. We most likely be purchasing another one in the future for a building we will be putting up that we will use a generator as our power source. Can't wait to test it out! We are waiting for a new power chord for the operation of the generator as soon as that arrives we will be giving it a good test!
